The Digital course consists of a USB (thumb) drive with one file, in PDF format, containing the complete Workbook and 15 files, in MP3 format, one file for each audio track along with the pocket-sized Quick Reference Handbook. 

The Workbook can be read on your PC and you can print any or all sections using the Adobe Reader which is probably already installed on your PC and is also available free of charge at www.adobe.com. 

The audio tracks can be played on your PC or conveniently transferred to an iPod or any MP3 player.
